Client - Caesars - Harrah’s Entertainment, Atlantic City, New Jersey

The Design Narrative

Graphic Encounter Fine Art, headquartered in Aspen, Colorado and Los Angeles, California, was engaged by R2 (R2A) Architects of Atlantic City, New Jersey, to custom design a portfolio of original works of art, which would subsequently be printed on Fine Art Paper, and custom framed for the guest room and guest suite renovation of Caesars Temple Tower - Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Although there was no precise artwork budget established for the custom designed portfolio, our design and fabrication directive, was to create expressively dramatic works that embraced the color of yellow, with floral motifs and greek goddesses, that would provide the focus for the guest rooms and guest suites. As the project unfolded, our specifications were provided to Caesars for purchasing.

R2 (R2A) Architects of Atlantic City, New Jersey, is a well respected Architectural and Interior Design firm, that specializes in Hospitality, Entertainment, Corporate, Commercial, and Gaming projects. R2A, has completed numerous projects at the Caesars Atlantic City property, and continues to consult with Caesars Entertainment’s management team to upgrade and reconfigure the casino and gaming areas, to provide a gaming experience unique to the Caesars brand.

Susan Laine Corso, Senior Interior Designer for R2A Architects, contacted Graphic Encounter Fine Art, to custom design a portfolio of original works of art, which would subsequently be printed on Fine Art Paper, and custom framed for the guest rooms and guest suites.

The Custom Art Curation + Fabrication

David Jordan Williams, creative director for GEFA, worked closely with Susan Laine Corsoto collaboratively create numerous, custom images of greek goddesses and abstract floral images.

Upon design approval by R2A and Caesars et al, GEFA custom framed each image to complement the unique curation.

Upon completion of the project, Susan Laine Corso, provided Graphic Encounter Fine Art with a personal testimony, which we proudly have provided for your reading pleasure below.
