Establishing the Budget + The Design Narrative
Graphic Encounter Fine Art, headquartered in Aspen, Colorado and Los Angeles, California, was engaged by R2 (R2A) Architects of Atlantic City, New Jersey, to custom design numerous original works of art, which would subsequently be printed on Fine Art Paper, and custom framed for the guest room and guest suite renovation of Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel & Casino - Atlantic City,
New Jersey.
Although there was no precise artwork budget established for the project overall, our design and fabrication directive, was to create classic sepia toned imagery of ocean scapes and florals, that would provide the focus of the architecture of the guest rooms, and guest suites.
R2 (R2A) Architects of Atlantic City, New Jersey, is a well respected Architectural and Interior Design firm, that specializes in Hospitality, Entertainment, Corporate, Commercial, and Gaming projects. R2A, has completed numerous projects at the Caesars Atlantic City property, and continues to consult with Caesars Entertainment’s management team to upgrade and reconfigure the casino and gaming areas, to provide a gaming experience, unique to the Caesars brand.
The Custom Art Curation + Fabrication
David Jordan Williams, creative director for GEFA, worked closely with Susan Laine Corso, to collaboratively create numerous, custom sepia toned images of nature and the sea. Upon design approval by R2A and Caesars et al, GEFA custom framed each image to complement the unique curation.
Susan Laine Corso, Senior Interior Designer for R2A Architects, contacted Graphic Encounter Fine Art, to custom design numerous original works of original art for this notable hotel project.
