ELLIOTT KAUFMAN - STREET DANCE

This series is called Street Dance as it pulsates with the constant movement of the urban environment broken down into sequential rhythmic compositions. There is a staccato motion as these images strive to capture the dance that occurs when the space is fractured and the participants are allowed free reign within the composition. Bicyclists, runners, subway steps, or reflections at the sharp stainless steel corner of a building. It is fast urban movement composed and then transformed into a continuous flow of images.  It is all about the energy of objects, people and images moving to a rhythm as they dance with the light.
